The construction site is in the central part of the city Prijedor, densely built. In last 30 years, there was no significant construction other than the expansion of the existing structure.
The aim of the project was to build a modern family house that will be fenced off from the environment and to create a special micro zone protected from its surrounding, but also to make a building that will not permanently affect the existing structure and life in it.
Facility form, regulatory and urban lines should be a guideline for further urbanization of the site.
The building consists of two zones, the outside defined by the fence walls and plants that protect the building itself and its life from the environment. The second zone is the house itself and what happens in it.
In this way it is possible to extend the interior of the building towards the courtyard and the outside.
The connection between external and internal is achieved.
