RENOVATION OF WAREHOUSE SPACE IN THE OFFICE BUILDING Belgrade, Serbia
Office building is located in Belgrade, in business area of Novi Beograd.
Existing building has warehouse space of 430m2 with height of more than 6m.
The client’s need was to transform an warehouse space into the pleasant
work space, without intervention on main construction elements (steel roof
structure with roof panels form a flat roof).
New office space is designed on 2 levels, with ”open space” office and
conference rooms in the ground floor and on the first floor.
Bringing in as natural light as possible was important task.
In the ground floor, natural light is provided by facade openings and by light
from roof through gallery. Situation with the light is much better on the first
floor where light is mostly brought in by flat roof windows.
