This project is located in city center, area with protected history. It is designed to fit in horizontal and vertical dimension of other buildings in area and to fit in existing ambient of street.
Business area is part of basement and ground floor – two office/retail shop units. While residential area is in partly basement and ground floor and first, second and attic floors are completely residential – in total 12 apartments.
Main facade is concept and designed as revitalization of an old building placed on that location, from beginning of last century.
