(Extract of the project description) This project has a clear context. The changed environment, the reality of presence, where residential and business are mixed in a hetreotopic way is imposing this building as a typical city building placed along the sidewalk, which is forming a street canvas. Aware of this, we don't flee from that givenness, but apoostrophize what is being imposed by that concept.
